Agent CEO is a service built on artificial intelligence. This document explains, in plain language, how we use it, what you control, which providers are involved, and the limits we set for ourselves. It is published by Klinworks, LLC ("Klinworks," "we," "us"), which operates the website agentceo.io and the application app.agentceo.io (the "Service").
Klinworks is a Delaware (United States) limited liability company, file no. 10704723, with its registered office at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713.
It applies to visitors to the website and to users of the Service. It supplements the Terms of Service (especially section 5), the Privacy Policy, and the Security Policy.
1. What Agent CEO's agents do
Agent CEO uses AI agents that perform real tasks in your business: creating and modifying records, preparing content, contacting your customers, or working with the systems you connect. They do so only with the permissions you configure.
2. You stay in control
- Approval for what matters. Anything sensitive or irreversible—for example, spending money—requires your approval before it is executed.
- Blocked by default. An action that has no policy assigned to it is blocked: when in doubt, it is not executed.
- Least privilege. We recommend granting each agent only what it needs (section 6.2 of the Terms of Service).
Configuring these controls is your responsibility, and if you authorize an agent to act without approval, the outcome of those actions is yours (section 5.2 of the Terms).
3. AI makes mistakes: review what matters
AI models can produce incorrect, incomplete, or fabricated results, even when they sound confident. Review the results before using them in legal, financial, tax, medical, or security decisions. Nothing an agent produces is professional advice.
4. Which models and providers we use
| Purpose | Providers |
|---|---|
| Language models that run the agents | OpenRouter, OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Anthropic, and xAI |
| Voice (recognition and synthesis) | Deepgram and ElevenLabs |
We may change the model behind a feature while seeking to maintain equivalent quality. The current list of providers that process personal data is on the Subprocessors page.
5. Your data does not train models
We do not train AI models on your business content, whether our own or third parties' models, and our contracts with model providers prohibit them from using the data we send them on your behalf for training.
6. AI-generated content
The Service can generate text, images, and videos. To the extent we hold rights in that content, they are yours; but if you publish it, you are the one responsible for it toward third parties (sections 5.6 and 7.4 of the Terms of Service).
Voice or likeness clones. They are created only with the express permission of the person who owns that voice or likeness, and that permission can be revoked at any time. Using them to impersonate someone or to pass off content as real when it is not is prohibited (section 4.2 of the Terms).
7. The website assistant is an AI, and it tells you so
The assistant that answers questions on agentceo.io is an artificial intelligence, not a person, and it says so, in accordance with California's SB 1001 and Article 50 of the EU AI Act.
Today the assistant answers only with content published on our website and does not use a paid language model. Your conversations with it are not stored on our server: they stay in your browser for 7 days. If in the future it starts using a language model, we will update this document before doing so.
8. Prohibited uses
In addition to what section 4.2 of the Terms of Service prohibits, you may not use the Service to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people—hiring, credit, insurance, healthcare—without effective human oversight. If you configure agents that take part in such decisions, you are responsible for that processing and for complying with applicable law (section 9 of the Privacy Policy).
9. Changes to this document
We will update it when the models, the providers, or the way we use AI change. The date at the top indicates the latest version.
