Several U.S. states have passed their own consumer privacy laws. This document explains what rights Klinworks, LLC ("Klinworks," "we," "us"), which operates Agent CEO (agentceo.io and app.agentceo.io), grants to residents of those states, and how to exercise them.

1. Which States This Covers
Among others, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana, and any other state that has or passes a consumer privacy law.
2. Even If the Law Does Not Require It, We Honor These Rights
Many of these laws apply only to businesses that exceed certain thresholds (for example, the number of residents whose data they process, or revenue). It is possible that some of them do not apply to us today.
Even so, we honor the rights on this page for any U.S. resident who writes to us, regardless of the state they live in. We prefer a single high standard for everyone.

4. What We Already Do Not Do, by Default
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not engage in targeted advertising: the website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
- We do not profile you to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you (Section 9 of the Privacy Policy).
- We honor your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your data.
5. Sensitive Data
The website does not ask for sensitive data.

6. How to Exercise Your Rights
6.1 Request. Write to privacidad@klinworks.com stating which right you are exercising and which state you reside in. It is free of charge.
6.2 Verification. We will verify that it is you before providing, correcting or deleting data, normally through the email address or account associated with the request.
6.3 Authorized agent. Where permitted by law, another person may act on your behalf with your written authorization.
6.4 Timeframe. We will respond within 45 days, extendable by another 45 when necessary, with notice to you before the first period expires.
7. If You Disagree: Appeals
If we deny your request, in whole or in part, we will explain why and you may appeal:
- Write to privacidad@klinworks.com with the subject line "Appeal" and the reference of your request.
- A person other than the one who made the original decision will review the case.
- We will respond in writing with the decision and the reasons for it within the period set by the law of your state. [PENDIENTE: appeal response period committed to by Klinworks.]
If we uphold the denial, you may file a complaint with your state's Attorney General's office. We will tell you how to contact it in our response.
8. Changes to This Document
We will update it when the laws that apply to us or the way we process data change. The date in the header indicates the latest version.
