This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Klinworks, LLC ("Klinworks") uses in the AgentCEO service and on agentceo.io, and how you can control them.
Klinworks is a Delaware (United States) limited liability company, File No. 10704723, with its registered office at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713.
1. What They Are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits. Alongside cookies, we use equivalent technologies that also store data on your device:
localStorageandsessionStorage: browser storage we use to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences.- IndexedDB: used by the browser so the application runs more smoothly.
In this policy, "cookies" refers to all of them.
2. Exactly What We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary
Without them, the Service does not work. They do not require consent because they are essential to provide a service you have requested.
| What it stores | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session token | Keeps you signed in without asking for your password on every page | Until you sign out or it expires |
| Refresh token | Renews your session without interrupting you | Until you sign out |
| Interface preferences | Remembers the state of the side menu and view settings | Persistent until you delete it |
| Form protection | Prevents cross-site fraudulent submissions | Session |
2.2 Functional
They improve your experience without being essential: for example, they remember the last organization you worked with or the state of panels you have collapsed.
2.3 Analytics
We currently do not use third-party analytics cookies or advertising tracking tools. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your prior consent and update this table before enabling it.
2.4 Advertising
We do not use advertising cookies. We do not engage in profiling for advertising purposes, nor do we share identifiers with ad networks.
2A. On This Website (agentceo.io), One by One
The public website stores in your browser only what is listed in this table. None of the entries are for analytics or advertising, and none of them store your email address.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
consent | First-party cookie | Remember your cookie choices and your do-not-sell-or-share request (including the GPC signal) | 12 months | Necessary |
lang | First-party cookie | Remember the language you chose | 12 months | Functional |
ac_wl | Local storage | Remember that you already joined the waitlist (does not store your email) | Until you clear it | Functional |
agentceo_lead_<recurso> | Local storage | Remember that you already unlocked a resource (does not store your email) | Until you clear it | Functional |
ac_chat | Local storage | Keep your conversation with the AI assistant in your browser | 7 days | Functional |
ac_attr | Session storage | Remember which campaign brought you; only sent if you join the waitlist | Until the tab is closed | Functional |
ac_sticky · ac_exit · ac_tease | Session storage | Not show you again notices you already closed | Until the tab is closed | Functional |
Cookie preferences. From the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page, you can view these categories and make choices about those that are not necessary. Today there are no analytics or advertising cookies to enable: if there ever were, they would be blocked until you give your consent (and never if your browser sends the GPC signal).
3. Third-Party Cookies
The providers that support our infrastructure may set their own technical cookies:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Security, attack mitigation and network performance |
| Supabase | Management of the authenticated session |
Both are technical in nature and necessary for the Service to operate securely.
4. How to Control Them
4.1 From your browser. You can block or delete cookies in the settings of any browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Please note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the Service.
4.2 Signing out. Signing out invalidates the tokens associated with your session.
4.3 Active sessions. Within the Service, in your account settings, you can see the devices with an open session and sign them out remotely.
4.4 Privacy signals. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track signals to the extent they apply to non-essential processing. Since we currently do not use analytics or advertising, there is no non-essential processing to disable.
5. Changes
If we start using cookies in a new category, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent before enabling them. The date in the header always indicates the latest version.
